Follow-up on Disability Issues with the Federal Government

On February 22, 2016, Network President Margaret Parlor met with the Minister responsible for persons with disabilities. She pointed to a number of federal government disability programs that did not fully include people with ME/CFS and/or FM.

On February 22, 2017, she looked at what had been accomplished over the past year. Very disappointingly, she found that there have been no tangible changes in the past year that address the accessibility issues experienced by the ME/FM community that were discussed at the February 22, 2016 meeting.
